Built for Fighters, by A Fighter.
I put on gloves at 13 and went at it hard for two years. Then I walked away.
Something pulled me back at 19, different arena, same fight. I did MMA for two years and went 1-0-1 as an amateur: one win, one no-contest, and a lot learned about my own head in between. Then I went back to where I started. Boxing. One year in the amateurs, then I turned pro.
I'm 7-2 now - four by knockout. Two of those losses are mine to carry, and I'll tell you straight: they taught me more than the wins did. I'm healthy, I'm still fighting, and I don't take a round of it for granted.
That's why Mental War Room exists. The freeze, the doubt, the round you want out of - I didn't read about it. I learned it with the gloves on. I'm not here to fix your jab. I'm here to fix the story you tell yourself right before you throw it.
